Fitness at Flex Yoga Wooster
Build your power! This 45-minute circuit-style class will help you build strength and endurance to support your aerial practice. Expect to see repetitive drills to help you build strength and comfort with aerial shapes to prepare you for flows. Targeted exercises will improve your ability to move smoothly and confidently through flows and tricks with good form, alignment, and stability. The class may include the use of hand weights and bands. Expect inversions and some foundational aerial movements - maybe even a trick or two! Aerial Fit is a great cross-training option for yogis, runners, and movers of all shapes, sizes, and ability levels. NO Aerial experience needed at all!

Inferno Hot Pilates
This high intensity, low impact interval training workout will have you sweating and smiling! A HIIT workout done to upbeat, funky & fun music uses Pilates principles and intervals to challenge strength and endurance. Performed on a yoga mat in a heated room, this energizing class is healthy for your joints and seriously strengthens the core and glutes. Most importantly, this class is FUN!
Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Strength Training is a 60-minute, full-body strength class. We’ll use resistance equipment to challenge our muscles and help us start the day feeling strong and powerful! This class is appropriate for all levels of fitness. Please wear/bring clean shoes.
Yoga Sculpt combines Vinyasa Yoga with weights choreographed to fun, upbeat music. A huge benefit of Yoga Sculpt class is that it provides an opportunity for both the beginner and advanced student to strengthen specific muscles needed to have a strong and safe yoga practice. This class will offer you the option to increase or decrease the amount of weight you use. You may even choose to do this class without any weights at all. The incorporation of Savasana at the closing of class will grant you the opportunity to tune inward; restoring and revitalizing the mind, body, and spirit.
In this 45 minute class, you will merge vigorous aerobics with dance, moving to the rhythms of salsa, merengue, reggaeton, cumbia, and the occasional American pop song. No experience is necessary -- Debora gives clear cues throughout for each move. All you need is a desire to have a great time and get your heart rate up. It's so fun you'll forget you're exercising!
