First Time Visitor Membership
Try our Flex Yoga with our First Time Visitor Preview Membership. $49 for 5 Weeks of Unlimited Classes. This purchase option will be available to you on the Flex Yoga App when you book your first class. If you buy a drop in for your first class and want to switch to our First Time Membership, text 330-601-0980 and we will apply the drop in pass that you already purchased towards the cost.

At Flex Yoga, all of our instructors offer modifications and ample cueing in every single class. We recommend beginning with the classes on this list and then trying others; however, you can jump in to any classes that you like!

What if I'm too nervous to start?
It can be very intimidating to take your first class. Don’t worry! Our Beginning Basics classes are designed with you in mind; you will be offered variations and modifications for all the poses so you can work at your own pace. There will be other new students in class along with those who have just recently begun their yoga journey, as well as a few students who have been practicing for awhile. Remember to listen to your own body, yoga is non-competitive (and that makes it really awesome)! Initially you may be sore after class, but you will soon grow strong. Yoga students are generally incredibly supportive of one another, you won’t feel “new” for long!

That's okay and totally normal. Text us - 330-601-0980 or fill out the form at the bottom of this page and our studio manager, Dee, will meet you at the studio to make sure Flex is the right fit for you. Then, you can become acclimated with the space before taking your first class.
What should I wear?
Wear loose fitting (not too baggy) comfortable clothing that stretches and keeps you dry. You do NOT have to have clothing designed specifically for yoga- being comfortable is most important. Shoes are not permitted in the practice room, and socks my impede your mat grip, but socks are absolutely welcome until you become more comfortable. Check out our recommended Aerial Dress Code here.
What should I bring?
Just bring your body and a willingness to learn! We have everything you will need. There are plenty of blocks, mats, straps and towels available for you to borrow. If you have your own mat you are welcome to bring it, but it isn’t necessary.
How do I book?
There are so many ways to book - you will have to find the one that works best for you - we are here to help you navigate if you need any technical assistance. We recommend using the Flex Yoga app (apple) (android) to schedule your classes for the best experience. You can buy our First Time Visitor Month Unlimited pass directly at the link, you can book by visiting our schedule page.
Where do I park?
Plenty of street parking is available, along with downtown public parking lots, including a nearby lot between Wooster Appliance and St. Paul Hotel. When Apple Creek Bank is closed, you may also park in the lot right outside of the studio.
Where in the world is your door?
Our door can be a little tricky to find the first time ;) We are in the same building and Meatheads Union and Sure House Coffee. Just walk around the side of the building and you will see our ramp and our door near Apple Creek Bank. Come on in and come on up to the second floor.
