Livestream Classes (FitLive)

Virtual classes via livestream are the same price as our in-studio classes and are included in all unlimited memberships. You can also purchase a drop-in or use your class packs.

Register for the class as you would for an in-studio class, using the Flex Yoga App or our website. You can also log in directly to Wellness Living, our booking platform. You will see a link to join your class on your schedule 15 minutes before class starts. You must have Zoom installed on your phone or computer to join. Please keep your volume muted during livestreams.
