Football Teams for Lamu, Kenya

Support New Football (Soccer) Teams for Children in Lamu, Kenya

​

We are excited to announce our collaboration with Legacy Gym, The Village Experience, and Ubunifu Lamu to establish brand new football teams for children in Lamu, Kenya.

 

This initiative follows our previous efforts in funding an Art Center and organizing weekly Yoga sessions for the children of Lamu.

Please note that each donation includes a 3.5% addition to cover processing fees. Your generosity will be acknowledged with an end-of-year donation letter from The Village Experience, for which your name and email will be submitted.

Free Kids Yoga

We offer a free Kids Yoga class (most) Saturdays at 9:00am - 10:00am and we try to reduce the prices on our off-site kids classes. This is made possible from the Donation classes on our schedule and from donations from our community! If you would like to donate to our Kids Yoga program please follow this link. Under the "Donation" category simply select any option with "Kid" in it. Thank you!

 The Flex Yoga Foundation

Our Mission
The Flex Yoga Foundation is Flex Yoga's future 501C3 nonprofit organization, dedicated to expanding our Flex Gives Back efforts. Our goal is to provide opportunities for yoga, wellness, and mindfulness to EVERYONE, regardless of their ability to pay. In addition to local efforts, we also partner with The Village Experience to create responsible Yoga and Seva retreats.

Our Work
We are currently working with Critchfield, Critchfield, and Johnston and anticipate receiving IRS approval for our nonprofit status in the fall. The Flex Yoga Foundation will enhance our community outreach and support initiatives, ensuring that everyone has access to the benefits of yoga and mindfulness practices.

Free Kids Yoga
As part of our commitment to inclusivity, Flex Yoga offers free kids yoga every Saturday at 9:00 AM. This program is designed to make yoga accessible and enjoyable for children from all backgrounds.
