AERIAL HAMMOCK CLASSES

Aerial Hammock Yoga classes create a space for movements that use the silks to build strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Aerial Yoga can be intimidating at first, but it is so fun! Check out our Aerial Hammock Page for full class descriptions, and reach out with any questions!

FITNESS CLASSES

The Flex Yoga Wooster Fitness Team offers a variety of cardio and fitness classes that are adjustable for every level. You may see weights, bands, balls, and the barre in these classes.

YOGA CLASSES

We offer a wide range of classes for those who have not yet rolled out a mat to those with a long time practice. Let us help you find the perfect class to begin your yoga journey and you will leave our studio feeling energized and revitalized!
