Let's celebrate the Flex Yoga 30 with dance!

Join Debora Galaz on Saturday June 3 at 4:00 PM PM for 45 minutes of music, disco lights, and dance fitness. We move to the rhythms of Latin and world music. It's high-energy cardio to a beat. Everyone is welcome, and no previous experience required.
