Sun Salutation Breakdown

It's a new year, let's refine and refocus our Sun Salutation A & B. In this workshop, we will visit each shape in traditional Sun A's and B's and then put them together and flow. We will focus on alignment and form, and individualized instruction will be provided to help each attendee find what works for them.
