Sensory Friendly Movement Workshop

Join Marisa Hammond, an experienced occupational therapist, and Sean Hammond, a certified Aerial Teacher and RYT 200 yoga instructor,  for a unique and inclusive sensory-friendly movement workshop. This workshop will incorporate elements of yoga and aerial hammock techniques to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for children and their parents.

Designed specifically for children with sensory processing challenges, this class aims to create a welcoming environment where everyone can feel comfortable and supported. The sensory-friendly approach takes into consideration the unique needs and sensitivities of each child, providing modifications and accommodations to ensure a positive experience for all participants.

This class is ideal for one child and one parent, allowing for a close bond and supportive environment. Siblings are also welcome to register, fostering a sense of togetherness and inclusivity within the family. By participating together, families can bond, support one another, and create lasting memories. Families can expect to leave with some movement techniques to use at home.
