Tap into your senses for a deep restorative release. You will be guided into supported yoga poses using props to allow the body to fully relax into the shape and tune into your senses. The experience will be filled with sights, sounds, aromas and touch to lose yourself in relaxing meditation. Experience sage smudging, singing bowls, and chanting to see what these vibrations may release or open up in you. Take this opportunity to reset and move into the holidays feeling a little lighter.
This yoga class is all levels friendly with no experience needed.
