Restorative Sound Bath

A Restorative Sound Bath offers a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience, using sound to gently facilitate therapeutic and restorative processes for your mind and body. It’s an invitation to slow down, rest, and embrace the present moment. With comfort and support as its foundation, a sound bath encourages deep relaxation and inner stillness.

The session begins with a few minutes of guided breath focus, followed by a soundscape featuring a variety of overtone-emitting instruments, such as chimes, Native American Flute, sea drum, gongs, crystal singing bowls, and voice. These sounds are introduced in succession, helping to shift brainwaves from an active state to a deeply relaxed or even dreamlike state.
