About the event
Your baby has arrived, and you've been given the all clear to start exercising, but maybe you're not sure where to start or you just want a little extra guidance.
This series is designed to help individuals who have given birth recently (or maybe not so recently!) reconnect with their body in a safe and positive way.
Over the course of 5 weeks you will learn the best ways to strengthen your core and pelvic floor after giving birth, stretching to help with common muscle tightness related to pregnancy and postpartum, and plenty of tips for how to target key muscle groups with safe and effective exercises, so that you can return to your fitness routine or begin one with confidence!
*Individuals are advised to have been cleared by their medical care provider to return to exercise before taking this class.
