About the event
Come in for 60 minutes of Aerial Hammock Practice Time. There will be no direct instruction - it's recommended that you attend another Aerial Class prior to coming to an Open Silk so that you have ideas of what you'd like to work on. The instructor will be available to monitor safety and give tips.
