Mom + Kids Yoga

Through a blend of gentle yoga poses, breathwork, and mindfulness exercises, moms will find moments of peace and rejuvenation, while children will delight in playful movements and imaginative activities.

This class offers a heartfelt opportunity to honor the nurturing spirit of mothers everywhere and celebrate the precious moments shared with our children.

All levels of yoga experience are welcome. Children of all ages and multiple children per adult are welcome.

Moms should register using their membership or a $14 drop in. Kids do not need to be pre-registered. We will get them all set up when you arrive. In lieu of a payment for kids, we are asking for donations (card, cash, check) to our Free Kids Yoga Program.
