Feature Meditation: Letting Go, Letting In, Letting Be We all lead very busy lives and sometimes just need to take a little time for ourselves. Join us on April 7th for a little destressing workshop designed to help make life’s events just a little more tolerable. We will work on letting go of the past while inviting love and gratitude into the present. By the end of the night we are hoping you will breathe a little easier, love a little deeper, and yourself a little better.

About Brian: Hello!  My name is Brian and my wellness journey started in 2019. At that time, I had been working in the corporate world for more than 35 years, however, the stress and pressure of “success” came at a high price. Several years ago, my circumstances brought me to some drastic realizations, and this is where my journey into wellness began. Today as a certified meditation and mindfulness facilitator and the owner of Reich Consulting (dba Just Breathe), I am working to educate people about wellness for the mind, body, and soul. I believe as individuals we owe it to our friends, family, and communities to be as present as we can be that requires looking within ourselves. Through mindful practices such as yoga, meditation, qigong, or any number of disciplines we can create a better way.
