About the event
If you’ve ever been curious, intimidated, intrigued, confused, or excited about the classes we offer at Flex Yoga Wooster, this is the series for you. A twist on our former “Intro to Yoga” series, the “Intro to Flex” series will introduce you to every type of class that we offer: Yoga, Fitness, and Aerial.
This series will take place 4 Saturdays from 1:00-2:30 pm, starting January 13.
In this series, you will not only learn the answers to the questions we ALL wondered before walking in the doors, you will also be able to build community within the cohort group through 4 weekly sessions. It’s so much easier to start out together! Space is limited to 14.
