Join Karina Gledhill for a 60 miute hot power yoga class raising funds for the Kenya Seva retreat in March. This will be a fun power flow with opportunities to choose your own adventure allowing you to create a personalized experience on your mat all while making a difference! 100% of the proceeds from this class will go to projects in Lamu, Kenya.
