Heated Candlelit Relaxation Yoga

The studio will be heated so you can get nice and cozy. A guided meditation will be followed by 5-10 minutes in various relaxation yoga shapes, with the option to keep it restful or add a deep stretch. The room will be adorned with candlelight and incense will be burned before and after class. Clients will be given soft lavender towels as eye covers at the beginning of class, and warm towel at the end. When we slow down our bodies, our temperature often drops - you may want to wear socks for this class. Props will be provided but feel free to bring a pillow/blanket that you love! This
