About the event
Join Kate Frichtl for a special 60-minute, minimally cued vinyasa flow set to the music: The Life of a Showgirl by Taylor Swift on Saturday, October 4 at 4pm at Flex Yoga.
After class, we’ll head over to Grigio Wine & Cocktail where your ticket includes one cocktail. Zero-proof drinks are also available.
