Flexgiving 2025

Join us for our first ever Flexgiving. Sunday, November 23, 3:00-5:00 PM.

Join Travis Wertz and Aimee Monroe for a 1-hour Vinyasa Flow that will end with an additional 15 minute propped savasana with assists. After, join your Flex Friends as we give thanks with a traditional Friendsgiving meal in the red room.
