Eve of the Eve

Join Christine for a transformative evening blending ancient traditions of movement, music, and vibration. This warming yoga practice will include yin, slow flow, and meditation. We will conclude the session with an extended savasana, during which the healing sounds of singing bowls, gongs, and chants will envelop you.

This is her version of a candle-lit Christmas service—an opportunity to rest, connect, and be filled with awe and wonder.
