Join Dee Black for 2 hours of Yin Yoga.
The Three Principles of Yin Yoga: 1. Come into the pose to an appropriate depth. 2. Resolve to remain still. 3. Hold the pose for time.
Yin is a type of meditative yoga practice in which yoga poses are held for longer periods of time. These long holds allow your muscle and fascia tissues to naturally respond to the deep stretch while you use the support of props to help you stay.
