Lyra Hoop

Lyra Hoop with Amyleigh Babcock is held on the fourth Friday of each month from 7:00 to 8:30 PM. Class is ALL LEVELS and Beginner Friendly. In this 90-minute session, participants will explore hoop entrances, tricks, transitions, and a brief choreographed flow. Each hoop will be shared by two attendees, though bringing your own hoop is encouraged to increase capacity. Workout gloves are recommended for added comfort and grip. Certified through Cirqfit, Amyleigh creates a welcoming environment where students of all levels can experience the freedom and joy of aerial movement.

The class is $25 per participant.
