About the event
Join us for a special summer solstice class on Thursday, June 26. Emily will lead her weekly Hot Power Vinyasa Flow class at 6:30 PM. At the end of class, enjoy a warm extended savasana led by Christine with her sound bowls. This two-hour experience is included in membership or available for a $16 drop-in. A donation jar and QR code link will be provided for those wishing to contribute to the Flex Foundation Scholarship Fund.
