Flex Yoga Wooster & Wellness Center is a Power Vinyasa Studio and Yoga School offering yoga, fitness, aerial, and holistic wellness services for everyone. From kids' classes to Reformer Pilates, massage, Reiki, dry needling, occupational therapy, sauna, and more, we create a space where everyone can move, heal, and thrive. Even though we have grown beyond offering just yoga classes, our mission remains rooted in our original purpose—yoga for everyone. You belong here.
