Flex Yoga at Kidz Towne

An all levels vinyasa flow class while your little plays in the Towne. Penny, the owner of Kidz Towne, will provide child supervision during our flow. You will be close by but have the opportunity to take 60 minutes for yourself and your practice while your child enjoys an hour of play. 

*Cost includes class and 1 hour of supervised entry into Kidz Towne

*Modifications and amplifications will be offered so that no matter what level your practice is, the time will be spent effectively.
