Bridge to Flight Workshop

This work shop will break down transition poses that are used more frequently in Aerial Flight. You will receive one on one guidance so that you gain the confidence and strength to use these poses in your practice. This is longer than a regular class so the pace will be a little slower!

Class is ideal for those who have been taking Aerial Basics and would like to come to Flight, those who take Flight and want to hone their skills, or those who brand new to aerial - you will still get one on one attention for aerial poses designated for your skill level.
